Volunteer Still Needed:
We only have 52% of volunteer spots filled. If you have not signed up for a slot please do so now. Each slot is only for 3.5 hours. If you have signed up for a slot, thank you... but can you grab a second? We always try and make it so that you can see your athlete compete.
In addition if you have family or friends who might be willing to help please share the link.

To give some context as to why it takes so many volunteers to run this event. Last year's Viking Track Classic was 27% bigger than yesterday's Twilight Invitational. Last year we had over 1,500 athletes compete. In order to accommodate these extra athletes we need to have lots of help and be as efficient as possible. Please click the link above right now and sign up.
Pop Up Tents:
The track team needs many loaned pop up tents for Viking Track Classic this weekend to provide shade for athletes and volunteers. Please add your name to the spreadsheet if you are able to loan one or more for the weekend. Please forward to other families that might be able to help.
Montgomery Athletes

Events and Help:
At Tuesday's practice we will be posting your events you are competing in on Saturday. Then on Thursday we will be assigning each you stations for the meet. The expectation is that when you are not competing (or getting ready to compete) that you are at your station helping out.
