Unified Division
We are excited about bringing Unified Track and Field to Montgomery High School.
California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) explains that "Unified Sports joins people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding."
Practice Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday 3:50-4:50 p.m.
We are in the process of finalizing when practices would start with a tentative the first week of March.
Meet Schedule

Unified Events
Unified competitors may compete in the 100m, 4 x 100m relay, long jump, and shot put.
Unified Division "Competitor Unit"
North Coast Section (NCS) defines a "Unified competitor unit is a pair of students that consists of one student enrolled in Special Education and one student enrolled in General Education at the same school."
