Athlete Info:

  • Throwers need to arrive at 7:00, all other athletes need to arrive at 8:00 am.
  • Throws start at 8:00 am and running/jump events at 9:00 am.
  • Athletes are expected to stay for the entirety of the meet and compete in all events they are scheduled for.
